There are guys from a variety of units on here, and several of us who are more or less independents who fall in together at events.Sadly there are limited opportunities for better events up this way, but people on this list have come together to put together campaigner opportunities at local events, and are working this year on putting together a New England company for the Return to Manassas event this summer. If you've got any questions, feel free to ask.Take care,Tom Craigtom.craig@...

Subject: [NewEnglandCampaigners] Hello
Date: Thursday, April 22, 2010, 3:12 AMMy name is Paul Kramarz and I'm "new" to ACW reenacting.
But, not reenacting as a whole. I've been doing WW2 for the past 3 years at what is the WW2 equivalent of the "authentic/campaign er" style found in ACW reenacting.
I have assembled a kit according to the recommendations of the AC forums, as well as other campaigner friends down here in Gettysburg. (I'm a student at Gettysburg College.) I also have several "Massachusetts specific" elements to my kit, and multiples of everything to do most things post 1862.
I'm looking forward to this coming season as it is my first, and most of all I am looking for groups to meet and events to attend. During the summer I return home to CT, so it only made sense to come to this group for help.
That's just a little about me.
