Media Advisory - Meeting of Premiers and National Aboriginal Organization Leaders
REGINA, July 29 /CNW Telbec/ - There will be a meeting of Premiers and
National Aboriginal Organization Leaders from the Assembly of First Nations,
the Inuit Tapiriit Kanatami, the Métis National Council, the Congress of
Aboriginal Peoples and the Native Women's Association of Canada.
The meeting will be held at the following time and place:
Date: Wednesday, August 5, 2009
Time: 1:00 pm
Place: Saskatchewan Legislative Building
2405 Legislative Drive
There will be a photo opportunity at the start of the meeting. Accredited
media are invited to arrive at 12:30 pm to register prior to the media
A media availability will take place at 4:15 pm in the Rotunda of the
Legislative Building. Accredited media are invited to arrive at 3:45 pm to
register prior to the media availability.
Media are responsible for their own transportation. Parking will be
available at the Legislative Building. For those who are staying at the Ramada
Hotel, where a room block is held for media representatives, guestrooms are
equipped with wireless Internet for their convenience.
