Core Power Hot Flow with Ellen
Saturdays, 9 10:30 a.m. with optional additional 20-minute extended shavasana/meditation
Revitalize and strengthen your body, mind, and spirit with this power yoga flow done in a heated room. Each class is different, and all include a focus on core strength and some more challenging postures. Come prepared to sweat, cleanse, and open.
