      Please come enjoy the serenity of the ambrosial hours at Namaste's early morning groupsadhana (practice). 

      Earl ymorning group sadhana is a Kundalini Yoga tradition that develops group consciousness.  Yogi Bhajan, Master of Kundalini Yoga, says"Sadhana is a test of self grit.  If your sadhana is more important than your neurosis, you are fine.  If your neurosis is more important thanyour sadhana, you are not."

      When:   5:00-7:30 A.M., Sunday July 11th, in honor of the new moon.

      The practice will be led by Hariraj Kaur and will consist of Japji Sahib(copies will be provided to newcomers) from 5:00-5:20,

      a yoga set or kriya with deep relaxation 5:20-6:00,

      6:00-7:00 mantra meditation. 

      A light breakfast will follow.

      Where: Namaste' Yoga Studio

      Cost: FREE! 

      Please bring your yoga mat and a blanket if you have one.  If not, the studio has plenty of both.  A small flashlight may also be helpful.  Please dress in layers and in light colored clothing, preferably white.  A head covering is recommended but not required.  No prior yoga experience required.  The only requirement is an open mind, an open heart and a desire to know the infinite!
