      Mike Riddle will be here next week from Kentucky to speak at our Apologetics Symposium at Cedar Park Church (thurs 6/19), and will be giving an all-day Teacher Training Workshop (sat 6/21).

      This teacher training workshop is a unique opportunity for teachers of all types (Sunday school, youth leaders, homeschool, Christian school, etc.) to receive education on teaching within Biblical worldview.       About the Speaker:
      Mike Riddle is an international speaker and educator on Christian education and apologetics with Creation Training Initiative. He is also an adjunct speaker for Answers in Genesis. Mike holds a degree in mathematics and a graduate degree in education and has been involved in creation ministry for more than thirty years. Prior to getting involved in creation ministry, Mike was a captain in the U.S. Marines and a national champion in track and field.

      Target Audience: Christian Educators (An excellent course for getting Sunday school teachers trained to be dynamic teachers and facilitators)
      Course Description and Goal The goal of this course is to equip Christians with the communication skills and instructional methods to enhance the learning and application of knowledge. The focus of the class is both on instructional methods and biblical creation.
      Instructional Method/Format Lecture, class participation, and exercises
      Course Cost $45 per student. The cost of the course includes a student manual (about 100 pages long), lunch, and snacks.
