D. in theoretical physics from the University of Washington and has 41 years experience in applied electromagnetics and antenna research. In the summer of 2013 he spent 3 weeks with the New Orleans Baptist Seminary team at Tel-Gezer, excavating the tunnel that provided water for the local Canaanites ca 3500 years ago.
