Group Description

Welcome to the NIMH-CORTEX Discussion Group!

We are providing an NIMH-CORTEX discussion group where CORTEX users can post articles about problems they encounter, or tips and tricks that other users might want to know about.

New members: please include your full name and institute affiliation when you apply for membership.

There are three categories within the CORTEX discussion group:

1) Guidelines and Announcements - This category provides the guidelines for the NIMH-CORTEX discussion group. It will also serve as a location to notify NIMH-CORTEX users of new releases of code and other items of interest to the group.

2)Technical Support - This category can be used to post questions/answers about the NIMH-CORTEX program.

3) Suggestions - This category can be used to post suggestions or enhancements for the NIMH-CORTEX program.

Reporting Problems
When reporting problems to the NIMH-CORTEX Technical Support category, it would be helpful if you would include the following information in the message:

a) All the steps necessary to reproduce the problem.

b) Any error messages produced.

c) If necessary, email/attach the contents of the CORTEX.CFG file, timing file, items file, and conditions file that you were using at the time of the problem.

d) The version and configuration of NIMH-CORTEX that you are using.

e) The data acquisition and graphics boards that you are using.

f) For the two computer version of NIMH-CORTEX, the graphics boards and version of SciTech Display Doctor that you are using.
