With repeated meditation practice
the expance of the visible universe
with all its qualities dissolves
to nothing, to where there is
only health and a great joy.
All teaching comes to this.

"If you can release judgment and live in the NOW, you
will be surprised at what comes through. The more you
practice the attitude of Grace, the more proficient the

Kodo-What you can do!
What can you do now to begin your journey into the world
Kodo really begins by developing and cultivating
humility and patience. To begin with the intent of
becoming a Master or Expert or Teacher of Kodo, in my

Inspecting the gifts and finding them admirable, the
prince came upon a poem in faint ink which he softly
read over to himself. 'Its blossoms fallen, the plum is
of no further use. Let its fragrance sink into the
sleeves of another.' " -- Tale of Genji--Chapter 32 --
