There is MTAC, another NCIS fic archive here www.ncisfic.com
There is the NCIS Fanfiction Archive here www.ncisfiction.com
There are also great NCIS sections on the Wonderful World of Make Believe archive and Fanfiction.net.
LiveJournal has many NCIS communities as well.
And on a side note- my own website www.nocturnalscribings.com/eFiction343 has an archive with all of my NCIS and other fiction as well.
