It looks to me as if the program wants to see entries in the sub band table for all bands, not just for the bands that are used in the contest.
Here is what worked for me: I opened the CW sub bands window and used the File > Export menu item in that window to save a copy. The file was called N1MM Logger - CWBANDS.txt . I opened that file in Notepad, changed the Type in the first line to DIGIBANDS and saved the new file as N1MM Logger - DIGIBANDS.txt . In the Logger, I opened the Digital sub bands window and imported the new file from the File > Import menu item in that window. Then I edited the digital band edges for the bands that I actually use from the Logger and didn't touch the other bands.
