      This contest is not listed on WA7BNM website so I decided to announce it
      here (see rules below). If you are interested you will need to update
      RCC.sec file from here:

      Download and copy it over into main logger folder. The
      RCC_CallHistory_2013.txt can be found there as well.

      Here is the list of prizes - http://www.rcccup.ru/award/awards. Any
      participant with 100 or more QSOs will have a chance to win any of them
      (YAESU FT-450 is for RCC members though :-).

      Bands: 80, 40, 20, 15 and 10m

      Classes:

      MULTI-OP, One Tx, All Bands:
       - MULTI-OP     MIXED                 (any number of operators)
      - MULTI-OP     JUNIOR  MIXED  (operator age: 19 years or less)
      - MULTI-OP     JUNIOR  SSB      (operator age: 19 years or less)

      SINGLE-OP, All Bands: 
      - SINGLE-OP MIXED (High, Low)
      - SINGLE-OP CW (High, Low)
      - SINGLE-OP SSB (High, Low)

      Power: High: >100 watts, Low: 100 watts or less.
       
      Non-Members can work any station (RCC member or not).
      Continental winner will be announced for each category.
      No limit for band changes. Using DX-clusters and Skimmers is allowed.
      One signal allowed at any time.

      Exchange: RCC Member: RS(T)-RCC#, Non-Member: RS(T)-ITU zone
       
      QSO Points: QSO with same ITU zone same continent - 1 point, QSO with
      different ITU zone same continent - 3 points, QSO with different continent
      - 5 points

      Multipliers: RCC numbers once per band, ITU zones.

      Score Calculation: Total score = total QSO points x total mults 

      Submit logs by: May 11, 2013
