      No, your bit timing is determined by the crystal used for the UART.
      UART timing is highly reliable.  The other thing you gain bu using
      UART based FSK is the ability to operate other baud rates (e.g. 75
      baud for BARTG Sprint) - something that EXTFSK will never do.
