Rather than force the section and change in Cabrillo, you can easily modify VE (or other) sections in the program. Config Change Exchange Abbreviations

      Hi George,

It's working for me in V5.121. I Didn't try previous versions). Exchange
was automatically set to 001 in config. I set exch button to 5nn #.

Note that provinces are wrong: NF (Newfoundland) and LB (Labrador) are still
in the mult window, which shows 14 mults. There are only 13 Mults this year.
NL (Newfoundland & Labrador) is the correct province name for the past few
years. However N1MM won't accept NL as a valid exchange. I will enter NF
      and correct the cabrillo later.

Also note that XM5RAC is a 20 pointer but only logs as 10. I edited qso
back to 20 points. (XM5 is the VE5 SK centennial special call).
