      Hi Pete,
      I think you are wrong there, I got MM0MSS to check his MP MK5 and it does
      exactly the same as the 1000D. 73 Clive GM3POI
      "I tested working split with my MkV Field and N1MM.... It does the same as
      with the FT1000D.... ie, it puts the Main VFO frequency (eg, RX) in the log
      and not the frequency transmitted on (sub VFO)... This does not seem
      correct... at the very least it should be optional. I have checked the
      options but couldn't find anything."
