- Oct 29 6:22 PMit is with sad news that actor Tom Bosley died on October 18Th. He died of a heart attack in the Los Angeles area at the age of 83. Best know for his portayal of TV dad Howard Cunningham. He had appeared in several ABC Movie Of The Week films.
Also Director Lamont Johnson also passed away at the age of 88 on October 28Th. He directed TV shows, Feature films and several Movie Of The Week Films including the ground breaking That "Certain Summer" which aired on The Wednesday Movie Of The Week on November 1St, 1972, Which dealt with homosexuality.
