- What a cool video, perfect music and great follow along shots. The big fingers towards the end are a real hoot!In a message dated 11/29/2009 11:20:29 P.M. Pacific Standard Time, dave.lyman@... writes:
The Southern California Traction Club, founded in 1995, made its 80th public appearance in early November, this time at the South Coast Botanic Garden in Rancho Palos Verdes, CA. The club made its very first public appearance in 1979 at the same location.
The club features a variety of streetcar and interurban models with over 200 vehicles available for operation. While a lot of brass models can be seen, there are several Bowser cars, Bowser powered cars, some zinc and pewter bodied cars and resin models of various levels of quality, most of which are Bowser powered with A-line Flywheel kits.
The main line of layout is powered by four Innovator 3500 throttles. The subway line and the city trolley line are DCC controlled.
I made a video taken at this appearance for your enjoyment. Enjoy!
