      Good Morning Everyone,

We see Dr.Parikh for Mito, and whole bunch of doc's for Grace
he suggested that we find a pediatric specialist for her. I talked to
her ped. doctor and found out that grace is her first mito kid. She
was honest with us and said that she did not think she could meet our
needs in that way. So my question is we live in cleveland, can anyone
suggest a doc in the area that can help grace.

      Thanks for your help

I see Dr Lonzer in CCF in Willoughby Hills. She is phenomonal. Plus, all paperwork is right in computer and he has been healthier since I kept within the CCF

kept within the CCF network. Her Nurse practitioner is also very
familiar with mito. So they are a great team.

We have a local pediatric neurologist that will call him with
questions, and our pediatrician has gotten great cooperation with them
as well. The trick is to find someone that is welling to go that
extra mile with you, when your child needs it. We've come to find
that we are by far more knowledgeable about our son's condition than
anyone around here, and the local docs are very attentive. However,
we were turned away by a couple as well... I think some physicians
could be already overloaded, or simply don't want the hassle. Hang in
there! You'll find one you click with.
