Leah is off all her supplements; especially when she is ill. But which ones help her the most is a mystery unless we
take her off all supplements and start all over and do it one at a time for about a week.

              Hello,
Does Anna Grace have a COQ10 deficiency (lab test??)
My son is on COQ10 and I can tell a great difference in "energy". I can also tell you that, I have a severe CO Q10 deficiency and I am like a TOTALLY different person when taking it. I have a right bundle branch blockage in my heart and it does some really weird things sometimes. It will come up in my throat etc,..... I started taking Q10 while pregnant this year and I seriously doubt I could have continued my pregnancy at home without it. I had 3 children (1 with diabetes and 1 with Glutaric Aciduria II) and was pregnant. I cannot express the stress I was under. My body was giving out and then I had the Q10 test. I was not surprised but more relieved knowing there was something I could take to help me. To those without a Q10 deficiency, I dont suppose it would make that drastic of a change but to me, it's the difference in litterly walking and not walking at times.

I just hate going to dr's anymore but really need to finish my metabolic workup. I know the labs I had done this past winter were abnormal but I am at the dr's with my kids so much I just don't have the energy or time to focus on myself.
Now, my 13 wk old has been diagnosed with probable GAII.
He is on the supplements and doing ok.

I just wanted to encourge you to definitely start the Q10. He may improve more than you ever expected.
