      Thursday evening there will be a presentation concerning the subject of
      Outsider Art held at the East North Avenue Public Library, across from Beans and
      Barley. The presenter is Mr. Kevin Cole, well known SE Wisconsin arts
      professional. This offering is presented by the South East Chapter of Wisconsin
      Painters & Sculptors and is open to the public free of charge. It will begin at
      7:00 PM following the monthly meeting of WP&S.

      Kevin Cole is currently the Director of Marketing for the Schauer Arts &
      Activities Center located in Hartford, Wisconsin. The four-year old Schauer
      Center is one of the state’s leading regional cultural & performing arts centers
      serving the Central Kettle Moraine area. Among his duties at the Schauer
      Center, Mr. Cole is responsible for year-round art exhibition programming in the
      center’s art gallery. Cole also served on the Board of Directors of the Walkers
      Point Center of the Arts (WPCA) in Milwaukee from 2002- 2004, where he has
      served as chairman of the center’s inaugural artBOAT event and headed its
      development committee. Mr. Cole is a widely published freelance writer, most notably
      with dialogue magazine, covering visual arts in the Midwest.

      Mr. Cole has also been active in the arts in the Greater Milwaukee area
      serving as consultant to local arts organizations including the Wisconsin Painters
      & Sculptors organization. Cole has also served on grants panels with the
      Wisconsin Arts Board and the Milwaukee Arts Board.
