As you likely know, the Wisconsin Visual Art Lifetime Achievement Awards
program includes the annual presentation of awards to persons and
institutions involved in Wisconsin's visual art culture, historic and contemporary.
The program is the result of the joint efforts of the Wisconsin Academy of
Science, Arts and Letters, The Wisconsin Visual Artists, Inc., and the
      Museum of Wisconsin Art.

The WVALAA has launched a webpage on which are offered for sale numerous
works of art which have been donated directly to the organization, and
which, if sold, will provide funding for the ongoing work of the organization.
These include works by both well known and less known artists. The WVALAA
has offered works like this for sale for a number of years, but they were
formerly only visible on the day of the induction ceremony...a very limited
opportunity. Considering purchases as a means of donating to the effort
while rewarding yourself with original art as a premium.

For a look at the current items available for purchase, please go to
      _http://wvalaa.com/public/view_text.php?user_id=19_
      (http://wvalaa.com/public/view_text.php?user_id=19) , or visit the website, _WWW.WVALAA.COM_
(http://www.WVALAA.COM) , and click on the link in the upper left marked Benefit. Only
a limited amount of information may be provided on the site at this time,
but more will be available by phone. If you are interested in any of the
pieces offered there, directions are on the site to make a phone call for
      information and means of purchase.

Thank you for your consideration and help in spreading the good word.
