MTM@TM is Now the First Friday of the Month!

Join us for Movies That Matter @ The Mug, a FREE series of films on
important topics at 6:30 p.m. on the first Friday of every month. Our
      May feature:

Shut Up and Sing (http://cabincreekfilms.com) - In 2003, as the US
invasion of Iraq loomed despite worldwide objections, a member of the
popular country group the Dixie Chicks proclaimed in concert that she
was ashamed of George W. Bush. The statement sparked a firestorm of
right wing attacks against the Chicks for daring to express a negative
personal opinion about a sitting president. This film documents the
groups valiant effort to ride out the turmoil that would challenge
their careers. Friday, May 2, 2008
