In ancient times.
Li also means a diviner of the I Ching, a seer . Hence, "the eye is holy to Li." Li is also 'The Middle Daughter,' hence 'Midaughter.'
Welcome to the List. The root text, commonly known as Wilhelm-Baynes. for this List is available online,http://www.akirarabelais.com/i/i.html. My own writings are at http://tinyurl.com/6ovj82 and http://preview.tinyurl.com/2mtf3l . We also include the 5 Confucian Classics and comparative religion.
The key words are:
I Ching, Yi Jing divination, I Ching research and historical development of the Book of Changes, especially Liu I Ming, Cheng I, Shao Yung, Wang Bi, Cheng I, and Lao Nauxian. I Ching, Yi Jing, or Book of Changes, Ni Hua-Ching, Joseph Adler, Huang, A, Huang, R and K, Baynes, Wilhelm, Nigel Richmond, KC Chang, Edward Shaughnessy, Khigh Alix Dhiegh, Richard Rutt, Cleary, Legge, Keightley, Karcher, and Blofeld, Shchutskii, KC Chang, Eva Wong, David Hawkes, Gia Feng and others.
The List also welcomes subjects as they relate to the I Ching - inner alchemy, feng shui, 5 element theory, traditional Chinese medicine, astrology, shamanism, and also Buddhism and Taoism, clairvoyance, intuition, and spirituality. The roots of the I Ching are Taoist and all should be familiar with the basic concepts of Taoism particularly as written by Lao Tzu, Chaung Tzu, and Ni-Hua Ching, and others. Our focus philosophically is Sung Dynasty I Ching theories and philosophy. We accept the premise that the Yi is primarily an oracle and dedicated to the idea that the Book of Changes will aid all in achieving Tao. Right, picture is the Pace of Yu,
