Subject: Re-enactor schedule meeting - Jan. 14
To: Here's the annual 'mass e-mail' going out to all of those who registered last year at the scheduling meeting. If
the e-mail bounces back I will remove it from address book.
The annual Michigan Re-enactor "Roundtable" scheduling meeting will be held on Sat. Jan. 14 at the auditorium of the Michigan History Center in Lansing. This is the same place it's been held for the past several years. The meeting will start at 1pm, and usually lasts about 2 hours.
At the meeting the format will be much as it has been - Those that show up will have a chance to talk about the event they are hosting or sponsoring. It's also a great time for others to ask questions or express concerns to those responsibile for events.
This meeting is open to all - however it's intent is for those who are
responsible letting their organizations know about events, or sponsors of events. Sutlers are also welcome to attend, however we cannot allow any selling of items on the premisis. There will be tables for you to place flyers/brochures advertising your event for others to pick up.
information on the meeting, go to:
Directions: From any direction, get to I-496 that goes through downtown Lansing. Take the M.L. King exit and go north to Kalamazoo Ave. Turn to the right (east) to the entrance of the Michigan Library/Museum. The auditorium is on the first floor.
Hope to see you there!
For questions, please contact me.
If for some reason you will be unable to attend, please contact me and we can arrange for you to send me your flyers/brochures to put out, and to make sure your event is mentioned during the meeting.
