      Everyone,
      what I did here was to search and compare the online databases looking for matches within a reasonalble distance.

      I don't like to use DYS464 as these are what are called multicopy markers and if one is off the others are effected. DYS385a and b are also multicopy but are a bit more stable and I tend to use these more for R1b haplotypes.

      Here this haplotype seems to be prevalent in Northwestern Spain as Galicia and Asutrias are neighbors.

      This haplotype has the somewhat rare DYS385a = 10 and DYS385b = 15 with 10 being the the very low end of this marker. I felt fairly sure that 11 that I found for this marker was the ancestral value. Marker values have a tendancy to mutate down if they go too high and mutate up if they go too low. The mutating up is a slower process than the mutation down. This is called replication slippage. 

      Haplotypes of shared ancestry reduce the possibility of Identical by State or IBS errrors.
