Then India is lost to the social and gender quagmires created by it's own jurisprudence.  We may speculate why the judiciary has succumb to acting in political proxy to it's master by observing simple maxims of Justice.  The maxims no longer are applicable and by judicial fiat choose to endorse policies that bear little if any resemblance to any  known process of natural law.   Which have evolved in it's application into processes of seeking justice.  Whereas justice formerly sought to resolve the gray into black and white it now seeks to turn the black and white into gray.  We inherit by dint of current observable practices, the legal systems anglofied origins and legacy.  Simply an adaptation that epitomizes in anglofied cultures the subjugation of current culture by state sponsored legalized sexism.

In the west it is alleged child abuse and Domestic Violence, in India it is Dowry and DV.   Both are components that provide a basic open ended legalized vehicle for extensive intrusions into securing and freeing up private familial assets, indoctrinated children and worse polarization of the sexes with no resolution as to outcomes other than misery.  If India continues to follow this path then it's long term security in future global markets will as many other nations become not the independent strong and culturally homogenized nation that it has been for millenia. but as the west has done since post industrialization.   One that is composed of consumers, secular humanists and denominational human assets in subscription to state policy.  Who are either have's and have not's and further subject to the whims of private state endorsed bureaucracies for profit.

Perhaps all this is a deliberate global policy outcome that is calculated.  Whatever it is these judicial fiefdoms created out of these policies appear to be by design, profit or happenstance for that very purpose.  Item three speaks for itself, it protects only one gender.  Which means it is legal open season on males.  Since males are attacked at the root of their own protective nature and gender code it is akin to shooting fish in a barrel.

Yesterday, i.e. 30th October 2009 I was witness to the launch function of India’s first ever magazine on legal and corporate affairs, “LEX WITNESS” in Bangalore. The function was presided over by Dr. Justice V S Malimath, Chairman of Law Commission of Karnataka as the Chief Guest and Justice V Gopala Gowda, sitting judge of the High Court of Karnataka and Executive Chairman, Karnataka State Legal Services Authority, as Guest of Honor.

It was a very brief function wherein Justice Malimath laid down some benign guidelines for a proper functioning of the magazine as the media and then Justice Gowda gave his thoughts which were really interesting.

Often it happens that when there are inherent insecurities and fears stacked up they come up unasked for and at uncalled for occasions. Something similar happened with Justice Gowda, who came up with concerns like,

      1. The judiciary is overburdened.
      2. The judiciary should be independent,
      3. The judiciary has to protect women.
