      Thu, 25 July 2002 -- This morning Dorothy Tobkin saw about 80 BLACK-FOOTED
      ALBATROSSES from Todd's Point which is immediately south of Noyo Harbor
      accessible from the end of Ocean View Drive. They were flying and sitting
      on the water within a mile of shore. Probably they had followed a trawler
      in. There were a few Common Murres and Western Gulls and virtually nothing
      else.
