      by Richard Hubacek and Trudy Jensen. The bird was just
      west of the "vegetable garden" at the Mendocino Coast
      Botanical Gardens in an area of piles of cuttings and composting
      activity. Toby Tobkin thinks that this could be the same bird
      the same group saw in November.
      The MC Botanical Gardens are on Hwy 1 a short distance
      south of the intersection of Hwy 20 and Hwy 1, in south
      Fort Bragg. There is a fee to enter the gardens. Personnel
      can give directions to the vegetable garden.

      Also, offshore from the gardens, Toby saw a White-winged
      Scoter fly by on the same day.
