An early morning walk around Lake Cleone produced one AMERICAN BITTERN,
over 35 RED-NECKED PHALAROPES, three SWAINSON'S THRUSH (still not
singing), one OLIVE-SIDED FLYCATCHER among the normal species.
Last week, (May 3) the same walk produced one PEREGRINE FALCON and two
SPOTTED SANDPIPERS at the water's edge on logs or snags.
