Tue, 19 Jul 2005 -- Dorothy Tobkin reports a RED KNOT today at the north
end of Virgin Creek beach. She also had a report of a BLACK-NECKED STILT at
Lake Cleone, but she could not refind it. Shorebird migration is picking up
along the coast: Today she had a WANDERING TATLER.

Toby Tobkin found a Red Knot at Virgin Creek Beach this morning. It was there until 12:30, feeding with two Lesser

Yellowlegs, and a Western Sandpiper, in the shallow part of the creek. Seen also by myself and others.
