The National Highway Transportation Safety Administration recently issues regulations that will require electric and hybrid vehicles
to generate noise while operating under 18 MPH, so that pedestrians and cyclists will be able to better hear them as they are
overtaking. As it turns out, the wording of the regulation requires ANY vehicle traveling under 18 MPH, including bicycles, to be
similarly equipped. A local company has responded to this regulation with an innovative product that you might what to consider.
