1 pound lean ground pork
1 garlic clove, pressed
1 teaspoon rubbed sage
1/2 teaspoon freshly ground pepper
1/4 teaspoon onion powder
1/4 teaspoon ground mace
1/8 teaspoon ground allspice
1/2 teaspoon salt
Dash of ground cloves
Stir together all ingredients in a large bowl until blended. Shape mixture
into 12 (4-inch) patties.
Cook patties in a large skillet coated with vegetable cooking spray over
medium-high heat 2 minutes on each side or until done.
Yield: 6 servings.
