- Hawaiian Glazed Ham with Cherry-Raisin Sauce

1 cup (heaping) guava jelly
1/3 cup unsweetened pineapple juice
2 tbsp dark brown sugar
1/4 cup catsup
1 tbsp (heaping) mustard
1/4 tsp ground cloves
1/4 cup rose wine
1 5# ready to eat ham
Combine all ingredients for glaze; bring to a boil, stirring constantly.
Reduce heat and simmer for 10 minutes or until thickened. Reserve one cup
of glaze for sauce. Remove some of gelatin from ham; cut diagonal slashes
on fatty side of meat. Place in a shallow pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hr
and 15 minutes. Add remaining glaze and bake 15 minutes longer.
1 cup ham glaze
1/2 cup raisins
1 can cherry pie filling
Skim fat from glaze. Cook glaze and raisins, stirring until raisins are
plump. Add pie filling and cook until thoroughly heated. Do not boil.
Serve as a side to the sliced ham.
