1 pound ready to serve ham steak
1 can (8 ounces) crushed pineapple, drained
1 cup diced red or green bell peppers
3 tablespoons FRENCH'S Honey Mustard
2 tablespoons lightly packed brown sugar
1/16 teaspoon ground clovess
1. Preheat oven to 425�F. Score edge of ham steak. Place in 2 quart baking
dish. Combine remaining ingredients in small bowl. Spoon pineapple mixture
on top of ham steak.
2. Bake, uncovered, 20 minutes or until hot and bubbly. Serve with hot
cooked rice, if desired.
