      Is providing false scientific information ever a crime? Usually not. But in a
      case that actually came to trial more than two years ago, a court said it was.
      In certain other cases, it should be.

          That's not the point of this exercise.  It's just Walt Brown tossing out another "offer" to debate.... for anyone who will accept his one-sided rules.  Something he hasn't had a lot of luck at for some 34 years now.....
           
          So, Brown is extending the same tired "debate offer" and will claim no one has the guts to face him.  The Brownites love it.
