        Hovind still files his own papers with the Court. I think that is because no legitimate attorney will do it for him.

        However, Hovind does boast of a legal defense fund and a legal team which appears to be handled by one Paul J. Hansen who has been mentioned before here at:

            The Court sent the earlier notice recommending denial of his request to the wrong address and so has extended the time for Hovind's response.

            (2)

            Hovind sent in an amended complaint adding some additional claims and allegedly supporting documentation which the Court considered as moot based on its early determination as to the original complaint.
