      O R D E R

      This case is calendared for trial at the Trial Session of
      the Court scheduled to commence on April 25, 2011, in Tampa,
      Florida.

      On November 30, 2010, petitioner filed a Motion To Change
      Place of Trial in which she moves to change the place of trial
      from Tampa, Florida, to Mobile, Alabama. That same date,
      respondent filed a Motion To Calendar and Consolidate or, In the
      Alternative, To Continue in this case and the case at docket No.
      4245-10. On December 13, 2010, respondent filed an Objection to
      petitioner's motion to change place of trial. On December 22,
      2010, petitioner filed a Response to respondent's objection.

      Upon due consideration, it is

      ORDERED that this case is stricken for trial from the
      Court's April 25, 2011, Tampa, Florida, Trial Session.

      It is further ORDERED that petitioner's Motion To Change Place of Trial is granted and the place of trial in this case is changed from
      Tampa, Florida, to Mobile, Alabama.

      It is further ORDERED that this case is calendared for trial at the Trial Session of the Court scheduled to commence at 10:00 a.m. on
      Tuesday, April 26, 2011, in Courtroom 2C, 2nd Floor, United
      States District Court, United States Courthouse, 113 St. Joseph
      Street, Mobile, AL 36602.

      It is further ORDERED that the Clerk of the Court shall attach to this
      Order a copy of the Standing Pretrial Order issued in connection
      with the Court' s April 26, 2011, Mobile, Alabama Trial Session.

      Respondent's motion to consolidate this case with the case at
      docket No. 4245-10 is held in abeyance.

      This Order constitutes official notice of its contents to
      the parties.

        ORDER AND ORDER TO SHOW CAUSE

        This case is currently calendared for trial at the Trial
        Session of the Court scheduled to commence on February 28, 2011,
        at Jacksonville, Florida.

        On October 18, 2010, the Court issued an Order directing
        the parties to file a Joint Status Report on or before December
        16, 2010. On December 17, 2010, respondent filed a Status
        Report as directed. Petitioner failed to comply with the
        Court's Order.

        On November 30, 2010, respondent filed a Motion To
        Calendar and Consolidate or, In The Alternative, To Continue in
        this case and the case at docket No. 1362-10. On December 16,
        2010, the Court issued an Order To Show Cause in this case and
        the case at docket No. 1362-10. Petitioner failed to comply
        with the Court's Order To Show Cause.

        Upon due consideration, it is

        ORDERED that this case is stricken for trial from the
        Court's February 28, 2011, Jacksonville, Florida Trial Session.

        It is further ORDERED that, on or before February 24, 2011, petitioner
        shall show cause in writing why this case should not be
        dismissed for failure to comply with the Court's Order dated
        October 18, 2010, and Order to Show Cause, dated December 16,
        2010, and to otherwise properly prosecute this case.

        Respondent's motion to calendar and consolidate this case with
        the case at docket No. 1362-10 shall be held in abeyance.
