      Ah...yes....the price of carrageenan these days! Maybe the water is cheaper.

      Carole, I love the name of your Bindery! Where are you upstate? Anywhere near Catskills area? I am planning a trip there this summer for the Irish music week...E.Durham.

      I'm in upstate New York with horribly hard water.
      I use rainwater for my size, and distilled water to dilute the colors.

      Works great & I need less carrageenan (saving $$)
