Detailed mapping of California railroads' vanishing rights-of-way and facilities. Our original focus was on Southern California's electric railroads (especially Pacific Electric and L.A. Railway), but we've now expanded to cover all railroads in the state, from all eras. Our goal remains to create a "database" of information to relate the old rights-of-way to today's street systems.
While general RR history is tied to the lines, we try to keep our focus on the geographic locations of the r/o/w's and facilities.
