      Book Editor Carolyn Ludwig and coauthor Professor Gawdat Gabra (CGU) will be present to sign copies of the book, The History and Religious Heritage of Old Cairo (American University in Cairo Press, 2013).

       

      Gawdat Gabra, Gertrud J.M. van Loon, Stefan Reif, Tarek Swelim, and Carolyn Ludwig have answered many questions and challenged the historiographic understanding of this area where Christian, Islamic, and Jewish houses of worship and communities coexisted for many centuries.
