      Likewise before the public water supply was in Wiscasset the water tank was up the line about 1/2 mile. At farmington on the SRRR the water tank was about 1/4 mile above the yard before the public water supply came to town. In either case I don't understand why there would be any special issues?

      I was just wondering if anyone on this list was familiar with how the WW&F managed to have an engine shed and turntable in Albion, yet the closest water tank (Crosby's Tank) was a mile south of the rest of the facilities?
