      Edu,

As Arne mentioned, my GRIB Viewer software will handle the CLM and FIRG
data from EUMETCast and quite a lot more. Please see the list on the Web
site. I am extending the capabilities all the time. There is a free
30-day trial available from this Web site:

      http://www.david-taylor.myby.co.uk/software/grib-viewer.htm

The various files are in GRIB-1 and GRIB-2 format. The FIRA data is plain
ASCII text once processed through my MSG Data Manager, and the program
will also convert the segmented GRIB data into a single composite file for
standard programs to read. Sample file size are:

      200709011200-clm.grb - 3,444,913 bytes

      200709011200-fir.grb - 17,526 bytes

      200709011200-fir.txt - 80,730 bytes

      200709011200-mpe.grb - 2,048,728 bytes

      Cheers,
      David
