      I remember someone else posting on this topic earlier this year, but the trash pile up on 2nd street NE between V and U streets continues. Currently, the piles consist of several trash bags of clothes, a busted refrigerator (spewing olives onto the street), bookshelves, suitcases and more. What can we do to discourage trash on the sidewalks? It makes the neighborhood look gross and encourages roaches and rats. Please help!
