      On Friday, July 25, 2008 at approximately 1:45 am, Alan Martin was found shot in the 1300 block of 1st Street, NW. The Metropolitan Police Department seeks the public's assistance in gathering information regarding this incident.
      This case is under investigation by members of the Department's Homicide Branch. Anyone with information about this case is asked to call Detective Thomas Webb at (202) 425-5191 or Detective Gus Giannakoulias at (202) 359-7773 or the Metropolitan Police  Department's Command Information Center (CIC) at (202) 727-9099.
