This was unknown to me and appreciate the observation. We will set up a
radar vehicle at that location and place a speed notification device
      there as well!!

      Section

      And while I'm at it.

The unchecked speeding on cars Lincoln Road NE from Rhode Island up to
Franklin is at ridiculous levels! On more than one occasion, I've seen
speeding cars cross over into the oncoming lane because the corner at
lincoln and Bryant around the cemetery is simply NOT NAVIGABLE at high
speed - anything over 35 and most people can't keep the car in the
      correct lane!!!

An accident happened last week on Lincoln between Rhode Island and
Bryant when a car crossed into the other lane.

Lincoln passes the Edgewood Recreation Center and also several green
areas where kids play and people walk.

The perfect place for a squad car to sit is in the Monastery driveway
on Lincoln between Rhode Island and Bryant. You'll see that EVERY CAR
going by is exceeding the speed limit. Or on the corner of bryant and
lincoln where you'll see people round the corner on the cemetary
crossing the yellow line into a blind spot.

That goes for Bryant street too. They turn off Lincoln onto Bryant
going WAY TOO fast and tear down to 4th NE and the shopping center.

      Thanks again.
