The Metropolitan Police Department invites the immediate family members of homicide victims in unsolved homicides from 2005 and prior years to join us for a special personal meeting with a homicide detective. Officials from the Homicide and Sexual Assault Branch and US Attorney's Office will also be available to discuss the current status of the case. Meetings are open ONLY to the decedent's immediate family members or their designee. All attendees must provide photo identification. Appointments are available from 4 PM to 8 PM on July 9, 2008. It is important to schedule your meeting in advance so that a detective can collect the information on your loved one's case and present it to you accordingly.
