      Person of Interest Sought in Possible Kidnapping of Infant


      ( Washington, DC) – The Metropolitan Police Department is seeking the public’s assistance in locating a missing 8-month-old boy who may be in the company of a known adult black female.

      The black male infant 8-month-old Jh’mere Narjae Holloway and 21-year-old Jessica Walls were last seen on Sunday, September 1, 2013, in the 1400 block of Taylor Street, NW.

      Jessica Walls is described as a 21-year-old black female with a light complexion, 5-feet-6-inches tall, weighing between 220 to 240 pounds, with short blonde hair. Ms. Walls has the following tattoos: “Jessica” tattooed on her left arm, red colored paws tattooed on her chest, and a “G” tattooed on her hand.

      Anyone with information about this case is asked to call the police at (202) 727-9099. Additionally, anonymous information may be submitted to the department’s TEXT TIP LINE by text messaging 50411.
