On behalf of the men and women serving you at the Fifth Police District, we want to thank you for providing us your keen observations and insights. Those observations that you shared with us directed us to a residence in the 3700 block of 17thStreet, NE.
Investigation into that residence led our Street Crimes Unit to develop probable cause for a DC Superior Court Search Warrant. That Search Warrant was executed last evening resulting in 4 arrests for Possession With the Intent to Distribute Marijuana and an additional arrest for violation of the Noise at Night Statue.
Thank you again for trusting us with your observations and insights. This is another example of the relentless follow up that is taking place here at the Fifth Police District in partnership with you.Mark Beach
