      Missing Person Critical: Clarence Lynch

       

      (Washington, DC)-The Metropolitan Police Department is seeking the public’s assistance in locating a critical missing person identified as 11 year-old Clarence Lynch.  He was last seen on Friday, August 30, 2013, at approximately 4:00 pm, in the 300 block of 51st Street, Northeast.

       

      Clarence Lynch is described as a black male with a dark complexion, approximately 4’8” to 4’10” tall, approximately 115 to 120 pounds, with brown eyes, and black hair.  He was last seen wearing a gray shirt and black pants.

       

       

       

      Anyone with information regarding the whereabouts of Clarence Lynch is asked to call the Metropolitan Police Department at 202-727-9099, Youth Investigations Division at 202-576-6768, or 911.
