      Suspect Sought in First Degree Sexual Assault:

       2200 block of Martin Luther King, Jr, Avenue, SE

       

      (Washington, DC)- The Metropolitan Police Department is seeking the public’s assistance in identifying and locating a suspect in connection with a First Degree Sexual Assault which occurred in the 2200 block of Martin Luther King, Jr, Avenue, SE.

       

      On Sunday, August 18, 2013, at approximately 3:00 am, an adult female was walking in the area of the Anacostia Metro Station, when she was approached by an unknown black male who forced her into a residence in the 2200 block of Martin Luther King, Jr, Avenue, SE, and then sexually assaulted her.

       

      The suspect is described as a black male, 46 years old, short hair cut, medium complexion, with a medium build and clean shaven.
