    Thursday night at about 8:30 pm, three men walking near the Metro station heard gunshots. They ran, and one of the men realized he had been shot in the leg.

      Thursday night at about 8:30 pm, three men walking near the Metro station heard gunshots.  They ran, and one of the men realized he had been shot in the leg. 
       
      We are investigating this, and have nothing additional at this point.  If anyone saw or heard anything, we ask that you call 727-9099 to report it.

        An adult male reported that while standing in the 400 Block of Michigan Avenue, NE when an individual appeared and began shooting.  The victim was shot in the leg and was transported to a local area hospital for treatment by DC FEMS.
        This case is OPEN and the Fifth District Detectives Unit is currently investigating this matter.
